Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Writer Knowledge Management to develop structured documentation, SOPs, onboarding manuals, and process guides for multiple departments. The role involves working closely with HR, technical teams, business heads, and SMEs to create accurate and easy-to-understand documentation that supports onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain onboarding manuals, KT documents, and department-wise SOPs.
- Standardize documentation formats for LMS and internal training platforms.
- Document business processes, workflows, tools, and systems in clear formats.
- Collaborate with HR, functional heads, and subject matter experts to capture role-specific expectations.
- Review, edit, and proofread existing documents for clarity, structure, and consistency.
- Maintain a central documentation repository with proper version control.
- Translate complex information into simple, user-friendly content.
- Ensure uniformity in writing style, formatting, and terminology across all documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, English, HR, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in technical writing, process documentation, or business analysis.
- Strong command of English with excellent writing, editing, and documentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical and business workflows.
- Experience working with HR, technical teams, and cross-functional departments.
- Good understanding of SDLC, tools, and systems documentation.
- Knowledge of SQL, data models, or analytics documentation is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
