Junior Technical Trainer

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

Work Mode: Offline / On-site

Engagement Duration: 6 Months (Extendable based on performance and business requirements)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Trainer with a strong technical foundation and a learner-centric mindset to support an on-site training and learning program in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience or strong proficiency in Java, .NET, or Python, along with the ability to effectively leverage AI tools and modern AI-enabled learning methodologies.

This role is not focused on traditional classroom-based teaching. The trainer will primarily act as a facilitator, mentor, learning enabler, and technical guide, helping learners take ownership of their learning journey through structured self-learning, hands-on practice, mentoring, and continuous feedback.

Key Requirements:

• Strong core technical background in Java, .NET, or Python. Cross-skilled profiles are welcome.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and modern AI-driven learning methodologies.
• Strong focus on facilitation rather than traditional classroom lecturing, with approximately 20–30% trainer-led and 70–80% learner-driven/self-learning.
• Ability to combine mentoring with self-learning enablement.
• Ability to handle lightweight Technical Project Management / Scrum-like coordination activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable mindset with a positive and collaborative attitude.
• Open to feedback and willing to work closely with the team.
