Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Technical Consultant, based in Bengaluru, India, with flexibility for some remote work. The Junior Technical Consultant will manage day-to-day client interactions, provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and participate in consulting projects aimed at addressing regulatory and compliance requirements. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, supporting pre-sales activities, and contributing to client satisfaction with timely and effective problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess client requirements, analyze data, and develop solutions
• Consulting experience to provide expert advice and support organizational compliance projects
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for resolving software and system issues
• Sales acumen for assisting in pre-sales activities and understanding client needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a proactive mindset
• Experience or knowledge in regulatory frameworks like ISO 42001, SOC 2, or DPDPA is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
