Job Description
We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us at our Magarpatta, Pune office.
This is an onsite position with working hours from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, designed to collaborate seamlessly with our teams and clients in the USA & Canada.
What we are looking for:
A minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in US Recruitment is essential.
Foundational knowledge of US tax terms: Must understand W2, C2C, 1099, and Per Diem.
Clear understanding of hiring models: Ability to differentiate between Full-Time / Permanent, Contract-to-Hire, and Contract roles.
Strong US geography awareness: Familiarity with major time zones (EST, CST, MST, PST), states, and cities is a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Points:
Exposure to recruiting across diverse industries like IT, Non-IT, Healthcare, and Pharma.
A keen interest in managing a mix of requirements (you'll be working on roughly 80% Full-Time and 20% Contract openings).
What you'll do:
Source, screen, and engage candidates for a variety of US-based roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers and account managers to understand requirements.
Manage the recruitment lifecycle for your assigned positions.
Build a pipeline of qualified candidates in our niche sectors.
