- Utilize MS-Excel to track candidate progress, maintain recruitment databases, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.
- Maintain a strong grasp of English proficiency, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with candidates and colleagues.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
