About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Jr. Talent Acquisition to support our team in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent. This Job offers hands-on experience in the recruitment process, sourcing strategies, and employer branding.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Creator Onboarding & Management
○ Identify and onboard potential creators as exclusive talents for the company.
○ Coordinate contracts, documentation, and smooth onboarding of new creators.
○ Maintain regular communication with creators for updates and support.
- Creator Research & Outreach
○ Research emerging and established creators across social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.).
○ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential talents.
○ Assist in preparing talent profiles, databases, and reports.
○ Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
○ Support HR operations like employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and database management.
○ Help in engagement activities and maintaining HR records.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree (preferably in HR, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields).
- Passion for talent management, creator economy, and digital media.
- Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
