Junior Talent Acquisition Associate in Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, Internshala, Apna, Naukri, and other job portals daily.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations to shortlist suitable profiles.
• Communicate with candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
• Coordinate interviews, manage schedules, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records within the ATS and recruitment databases.
• Track progress of open positions and work to close them within defined timelines.
• Share regular updates with stakeholders on hiring status and candidate pipelines.
