Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior System Engineer based in Chennai.
- The Junior System Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, and maintenance of system infrastructure.
- Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end-users, managing system updates, and collaborating with the engineering team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Be the first line of defense for the organization ensuring the business continuity.
- You will be part of a cross-functional team supporting each other in different domains
- You will carry out the tasks in a timely manner to ensure SLA adherence
- You will be working in a dynamic environment often multi-tasking.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in hardware, operating systems and networking concepts.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing end-user support
- Knowledge of system updates and security protocols
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and cloud.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certification in relevant technologies is a plus
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, be flexible for 24/7 shift and team collaboration.
- Technically adept and logically sound. Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
