About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic System Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, and Technical Support.
As a cloud-first organization, our infrastructure and applications are primarily hosted on cloud platforms. The role will involve supporting internal IT operations, user management, device administration, security best practices, and troubleshooting day-to-day technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and onboarding/offboarding activities.
- Configure and maintain laptops, workstations, and company devices.
- Assist in managing cloud-based applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and other SaaS platforms.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
- Troubleshoot operating system, application, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Support implementation of security policies, backups, and access controls.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
- Assist with software installations, updates, and patch management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn cloud technologies, security practices, and IT operations.
