About Ooodles

In the UK, 5 million Small and Medium Enterprises spend a whopping USD 5 billion every year on IT hardware, recycling less than 20% of it. Studies also show that companies lose up to 12% of payroll and productivity due to obsolete IT.

Ooodles is a Device-as-a-Service platform that enables SMEs to equip their teams with the latest tech at the click of a button. We aim to transform the way small and medium-size businesses access IT with a one-stop-shop platform, giving finance and IT teams the tools, visibility, and control they need to manage resources efficiently, optimise spending, and drive business growth

Your responsibilities

  • Process Improvement: Analyse current supply chain workflows and implement continuous improvement plans, often using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma, to identify and remove bottlenecks.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather and analyse extensive data from various sources (e.g., ERP systems, supplier reports) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder and Supplier Coordination: Serve as one of the central points of contact, coordinating with internal departments (e.g., IT, Procurement, Sales, Finance) and external partners (suppliers, logistics providers) to ensure project alignment and success.
  • System Implementation: Assist with the testing, launch, and integration of new equipment, processes, or software (e.g., ERP systems) across the supply chain network.
  • Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, perform cost analyses, and identify opportunities for cost savings and profitability improvement.
