Job Title: Junior Supply Chain Consultant
Location: Delhi/NCR, Bangalore and Mumbai

Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and execution-oriented Junior Supply Chain Consultant to support the implementation of pull-based materials management systems at customer locations. The role involves working closely with cross-functional customer teams, including Production Planning, Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations, and IT, to drive successful implementation and adoption of supply chain best practices.
The consultant will report to the Project Manager and will be deployed at customer sites for a minimum of three days per week. Frequent travel to customer locations, both within the city and outstation, will be required.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the implementation of pull-based materials management systems at customer sites.
· Work closely with customer teams across Production Planning, Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations (Inbound and Outbound), Logistics and IT to ensure successful project execution.
· Assist in configuring, testing, and validating planning processes and reports within the customer's ERP system.
· Conduct on-site handholding, user guidance, and process adoption activities during implementation.
· Monitor implementation progress, identify operational issues, and escalate risks to the Project Manager.
· Coordinate with customer stakeholders to ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
· Travel frequently to customer locations as required by project needs.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Domain Experience
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in any one or more of the following areas:
· Demand and material requirement planning
· Production Planning and Scheduling
· Warehouse Operations and Inventory Management
· Production Operations
· Implementation of 1S/2S workplace organization practices
· Cycle Counting and Inventory Accuracy Improvement
Technical Skills
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
· Hands-on experience with at least one ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Tally Prime, or equivalent).
· Ability to understand and work with operational reports and transactional data.
Process Improvement Experience
Practical exposure to at least one of the following methodologies:
· Buffer Management based on the Theory of Constraints
· Kanban implementation using Lean Manufacturing principles
Experience in organizations with an annual turnover exceeding 250 crore will be preferred.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills
· Good communication skills in English and Hindi (both spoken and written).
· Knowledge of an additional Indian language will be an added advantage.
· Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
· Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently at customer locations.
Travel Requirements
· Minimum three days per week at customer sites.
· Frequent local and outstation travel based on project requirements.
