Job Description

  • Patient Care: Assisting in the care of patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, dressing wounds, and providing personal hygiene and comfort.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the medical team, including doctors, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
  • Patient Education: Providing patients and their families with information about their conditions, treatments, and self-care practices.
  • Monitoring: Observing patients conditions, noting any changes or concerns, and reporting them to senior staff.
  • Support: Offering emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.
  • Infection Control: Following proper infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases within the healthcare facility.
