Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care and support under the guidance and supervision of senior nursing staff
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and promptly report changes or concerns to senior nursing staff
  • Assist in patient assessments and contribute to developing care plans
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with hospital standards
  • Support patient admissions, transfers, and discharge procedures
  • Ensure adherence to established clinical protocols and quality standards
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver safe and efficient patient care
