Junior Specialist, HR Operations
Primary Responsibilities / Key Result Areas
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboard-ing, employee changes, transfers, promotions, leave administration, and offboarding processes.
- Support HR Operations activities for India while providing dedicated administrative support for employees and managers in the United States.
- Process and maintain employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including document collection, background checks, system access requests, and new hire communications.
- Assist employees and managers with HR-related inquiries, resolving routine questions and esca-lating complex issues as appropriate.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, payroll-related processes, and vendor coordina-tion activities in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare HR documentation such as employment letters, certificates, employee confirmations, and other employment-related documents.
- Maintain and update organizational, employee, and position data within HR systems.
- Support employee mobility, immigration, and compliance-related administrative processes where applicable.
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, data validation activities, and workforce analytics requests.
- Coordinate HR training sessions, employee communications, and engagement initiatives.
- Support the implementation of HR projects, process improvements, and global HR initiatives.
- Ensure all employee information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and profes-sionalism.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR procedures, knowledge articles, and pro-cess documentation.
- Partner effectively with global HR teams to ensure consistent service delivery and an excellent employee experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Shared Services, or a similar HR support role.
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes and HR systems administration.
- Exposure to working within a multinational or global organization is preferred.
- Familiarity with employee documentation, data management, and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience working with HR ticketing systems and handling employee inquiries is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
