JOB SUMMARY:
As a Junior Innovation Developer, you will work closely with our senior development team on custom Power Platform solutions for our internal and external stakeholders. You will be supporting our existing and new applications by doing extensive research, testing, and bug fixing. This role will require a passion for learning, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail to support our applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and other internals users to gather and understand requirements for Power Platform projects.
• Support existing and upcoming applications which are primarily built in standalone canvas apps and comprise of Power Automate workflows, Power BI reports, SharePoint Online, Data verse, AI builder, etc.
• Perform extensive testing in our applications to uncover any bugs and issues and to find resolution steps to fix them.
• Assist in documenting application specifications, user guides, and technical documentation to ensure smooth handover and knowledge transfer.
• Stay up to date with the latest Power Apps features and updates, and continuously improve your skills to contribute to the team's technical growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in developing applications in Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint Online and Data verse.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently when required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A passion for technology and a strong desire to learn and grow. • Desirable, but not mandatory: PL-900, PL-200, and PL-400 certificate.
