Junior Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

• Design and define end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications, cloud-based solutions, and infrastructure.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, cost-effective, and aligned with business requirements.
• Select the appropriate technology stack, frameworks, and tools for optimal performance and maintainability.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, DevOps, security, and product teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Provide technical guidance, best practices, and mentorship to development teams.
• Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Architect cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Define CI/CD pipelines, automation strategies, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Optimize system architecture for high availability, disaster recovery, and performance.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure security best practices in application development, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Work with security teams to enforce compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to understand requirements and define technical roadmaps.
• Present architectural solutions to executives, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and system designs.

Tech Stack & Required Skills

Must-Have

• 3+ years of experience in software architecture, design, and development.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with frontend technologies:
• JavaScript, React.js, React Native
• Hands-on experience with backend technologies:
• Node.js, Python
• Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks and data pipelines.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures.
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices, authentication, and authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable, high-performance systems.
