Job Summary

We are looking to onboard a motivated Junior Solar Inverter Support Engineer with hands-on exposure to solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and electrical troubleshooting. This role is ideal for early-career engineers aiming to build strong core expertise in the renewable energy domain.

Key Responsibilities

Technical troubleshooting of solar inverters, hybrid systems, and energy storage

Support issues related to PV input, grid interaction, batteries, EMS, and power flow

Analyze inverter parameters, logs, alarms, and real-time monitoring data

Support installers and field engineers via tickets, calls, and remote assistance

Perform AC/DC electrical checks, fault isolation, and basic root cause analysis

Follow defined troubleshooting procedures and escalation processes

Coordinate with senior engineers and global support teams (UK & Europe)

Maintain clear technical documentation and case updates

Who Should Apply

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

6 months to 1 year of exposure to:

Solar PV systems or solar / hybrid inverters

Power electronics or electrical systems

Working knowledge of:

Grid-tied & off-grid inverter operation

Battery fundamentals (Li-ion basics)

AC/DC electrical parameters and power calculations

Comfortable with:

Multimeter usage

Inverter settings, alarms, and monitoring portals

Reading basic electrical diagrams / single-line diagrams

Strong learning mindset and analytical approach
