Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Software Engineers with a strong foundation in Python, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to understand and follow technical instructions effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support AI and Machine Learning solutions using Python
- Assist in building, testing, and improving ML models and AI-driven applications
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code
- Work with data for model development, testing, and analysis
- Follow technical requirements, development guidelines, and instructions provided by senior team members
- Collaborate with developers and other team members on project requirements and implementation
- Participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities
- Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and development practices
- Communicate progress, challenges, and technical findings clearly with the team
Must Have Skills
- 3+ years of software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Python
- Relevant experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Understanding of basic ML concepts, algorithms, model training, and evaluation
- Understanding of data handling and data preprocessing using Python
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand and follow technical instructions
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to project requirements
- Ability to work effectively as part of a development team
Good To Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with Python libraries and frameworks used in AI and ML
- Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or related AI technologies
- Basic knowledge of databases and APIs
- Experience working with real-world datasets and data processing
