Junior Software Engineer

• Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online/On-Premise solutions.

• Design and develop PowerApps solutions to automate business processes.

• Create and optimize Power Automate workflows to streamline operations.

• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

• Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 applications and third-party tools.

• Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint and Power Platform-related issues.

• Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Ensure SharePoint governance, security, and best practices.

• Provide documentation, training, and support to end-users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in SharePoint Online/On-Premise development.

• Hands-on experience with PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript/ Jquery, React, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.

• Experience in Microsoft 365, Data verse, and Power Platform connectors.

• Understanding of SharePoint security, permissions, and governance.

• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Power Platform solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Skills:

• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, AI Builder, or Power Virtual Agents.

• Knowledge of SQL Server, PowerShell, and .NET Framework.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Certifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform or SharePoint certifications (Preferred).
