Job purpose:

The Junior Software Engineer – .NET Full Stack is responsible for supporting the development, testing, and maintenance of web applications and APIs that support Geidea's digital and merchant solutions. Working under the guidance of senior engineers, the role contributes to building secure, scalable, and user-friendly software solutions while gaining hands-on experience with modern development practices and technologies.

Responsibilities:

1. Software Development & Application Support

Assist in the development, enhancement, testing, and maintenance of web applications, APIs, and backend services based on business and technical requirements.

2. Full Stack Development

Support the delivery of front-end and back-end features using modern development frameworks and tools while following established coding standards and best practices.

3. API Development & System Integration

Contribute to the development and maintenance of API integrations with internal systems and third-party services, ensuring reliability and security.

4. Code Quality & Engineering Standards

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews, follow coding guidelines, and utilize version control systems effectively.

5. Performance, Security & Reliability

Support efforts to improve application performance, reliability, and security by identifying issues, implementing fixes, and adhering to secure coding practices.

6. Agile Team Collaboration

Work closely with Software Engineers, Product Owners, QA Engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

7. Learning, Continuous Improvement & Innovation

Continuously develop technical skills, stay updated on emerging technologies, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and support process improvement initiatives to enhance engineering efficiency and product quality.

Professional qualifications:

• 1-2 Years of hands-on experience using .NET & Angular.
• Bachelor's or above degree in Computer Science.
