Our tech team builds the data infrastructure and analytics platforms that power smarter decisions for our account managers and clients, from Microsoft Power BI dashboards to deep integrations with Amazon's APIs (SP-API, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Amazon Ads API).
Clarisix is our in-house SaaS platform for commerce performance management, purpose-built for mid-market brands. We're designing a modern, multi-tenant architecture connecting marketplace data pipelines with actionable analytics and we're just getting started.

The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Software Engineer to join our growing development team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in modern frontend development, particularly with React and Tailwind CSS, who is eager to expand their skills across the full stack. While your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional user interfaces, you will also be expected to contribute to and learn from our Python and TypeScript-based backend services.
Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend Development (Primary Focus)
- Develop, test, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React and its ecosystem.
- Implement clean, modern, and user-friendly designs using Tailwind CSS for rapid and consistent styling.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate mockups and wireframes into functional components.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write Automated test cases in vitest, Playwright
Full-Stack Learning & Contribution
- Quickly learn and contribute to backend services built with TypeScript and Python.
- Assist in connecting frontend components to RESTful APIs and other backend systems.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes across the stack.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that span both the frontend and backend.
General
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Continuously research and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency and application performance.
- Take end to end responsibility for features.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 1+ years of professional or significant project experience in software development.
- Strong Frontend Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in HTML, CSS, Typescript.
- React: Solid understanding of React.js, including hooks, component lifecycle and state management.
- Testing: Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
- Styling: Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS for utility-first styling.
- Backend: Experience in developing secure backend API development in nodejs or similar frameworks.
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git and GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
- SQL: Understanding of fundamental database concepts (SQL)
Desired (Bonus) Skills
- Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Tanstack state).
- Prior exposure to or strong desire to learn Python, Cloud, building ELT pipelines.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
