Mystri AI builds software for business workflows that are still held together by email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets and repetitive manual work.

Our first application is currently under development. It is being designed to work with accounting documents, GST reconciliation and Tally. We are also exploring product ideas for other industries where routine work can be made simpler through thoughtful automation.

About the Role

We are looking for a software developer intern who enjoys taking a rough idea and turning it into something people can actually use.

This is a hands-on role, not an observation-only internship. You will work directly with the founder, develop features end to end and help build production-ready software. Because the products are at an early stage, your work may range from improving a core workflow to starting with an empty folder and a problem to solve.

You will receive context and guidance, but you will also be expected to ask good questions, make sensible decisions and take responsibility for the quality of your work.

What You Will Do

- Build, test and debug Python features

- Turn product requirements into simple, reliable software

- Work with APIs, databases, documents and data-processing workflows

- Use AI-assisted coding tools thoughtfully and review their output critically

- Test real behaviour, identify incorrect assumptions and verify that features work as intended

- Document your decisions and communicate clearly about progress or blockers

What We Are Looking For

- Comfortable building with Python

- A sound understanding of basic programming and software-development concepts

- At least one completed project beyond following a tutorial

- Basic familiarity with Git, APIs and databases, or the ability to learn them quickly

- A habit of finishing projects and explaining how you verified that they work

- Clear communication when you are stuck or uncertain

Freshers, recent graduates and final-semester students pursuing CSE, IT, AI and Data Science, Data Analytics, BCA, MCA or a related technical degree are welcome. Your college and CGPA matter much less than how you think and what you have built.

Useful, but Not Required

- JavaScript or TypeScript, especially React or Next.js

- Building or consuming REST APIs

- SQL and experience working with databases

- Automated testing and practical debugging

- Linux, cloud deployment or Chrome extension development

- Document processing, OCR or other data-processing work

Internship Terms

- **Duration:** Three months

- **Stipend:** ₹20,000 per month

- **Location:** Coimbatore, hybrid, with meaningful in-person collaboration

- **Growth opportunity:** Potential to move into a full-time role with higher compensation after the internship

A full-time offer is a genuine possibility, but it is not automatic. It will depend on the quality and reliability of your work, how well we work together and the needs of the business at that time.
