About the role:
We're looking for a Junior Strategist who understands how brands show up in the real world across campaigns, content, and culture.
This is not a performance marketing role. We want someone who thinks in ideas, narratives, and brand impact.
If you've worked in an agency environment, contributed to campaigns or digital advertising, and enjoy turning insights into ideas you'll fit right in.
What you'll do:
- Assist in building campaign strategies aligned with brand and business goals
- Develop brand narratives, frameworks, and communication pillars
- Research audiences, culture, and trends to uncover insights
- Analyze competitors and category landscapes
- Contribute to campaign ideation (big ideas, themes, storytelling angles)
- Collaborate with creative, content, and account teams
- Support presentations, pitch decks, and strategy documents
- Track campaigns from a brand impact lens (awareness, engagement, recall)
What we're looking for:
- Agency experience is a must (advertising / digital agency)
- 1–2 years of experience in strategy, social media, or brand roles
- Experience working on campaigns and digital advertising
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and consumer behavior
- Ability to turn insights into simple, compelling ideas
- Good writing and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels & brand building
