JOB SUMMARY

We're hiring a Jr Social Media Specialist who's naturally curious and pays attention to the little things. You'll be the one keeping an eye on what's being said about us online, spotting trends, and watching how our brand shows up on different platforms. The information you find will help us protect our brand, stay ahead of competitors, and make the most of new opportunities. If you enjoy keeping up with online conversations and turning what you see into useful ideas, this role is for you.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Facebook, Reddit, Quora) daily for brand mentions, competitor updates, and trending topics.
• Track hashtags, keywords, and industry discussions to spot emerging trends.
• Compile social listening reports with key insights and recommendations.
• Alert the team about important mentions, feedback, or urgent reputation issues.
• Observe competitor social activities and share relevant learnings.
• Assist in content planning by providing ideas based on audience sentiment and trending formats.
• Maintain accurate documentation of findings for future reference.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic knowledge of how major social media platforms work and evolve.
• Passion for spotting patterns, analyzing conversations, and uncovering insights.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to separate noise from valuable information.
• Good communication skills to present insights in a clear, concise way.
• Ability to prioritize what's urgent and manage multiple monitoring streams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Benefits We Provide

• Office timings: 9 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Salary: 2.5 to 3.5 LPA
• Probation Period: 6 Months
• Medical Insurance: 2.00 lac PA after 3 months of joining.
• Social Security includes Provident Fund and Gratuity on completion of 5 years of service as per the Tamil Nadu Factories Act.
• 10 days of paid leave and 8 casual leave days will be provided for the Year and public holidays.
