We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our dynamic team and help grow our online presence. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience by creating engaging content and building community across popular YouTube channels and established Instagram pages. The ideal candidate has a passion for social media trends, content creation, and understands what it takes to produce compelling content for each platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation
- Assist in brainstorming, planning, and scripting new content ideas for both YouTube videos and Instagram posts.
- Assist with on-site and remote video shoots, including coordination and setup.
- Content Management
- Manage and maintain the content calendars for Instagram and YouTube, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
- Write creative, engaging, and SEO-friendly captions, descriptions, and titles for all social media content.
- Optimize videos for YouTube by performing keyword research and updating tags and other metadata.
- Community Engagement
- Monitor social media channels and engage with the audience by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Help foster a positive and active community by actively engaging with followers and subscribers.
- Research
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats across Instagram and YouTube.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify content gaps and new opportunities.
