Key Responsibilities
- Content & copywriting:
- Write captions for reels, carousels, and static posts
- Craft strong hooks for reels (first 1–3 seconds)
- Write carousel copy that is educational, playful, and parent-friendly
- Instagram stories:
- Plan and write daily stories (polls, quizzes, Q&As, and reactions)
- Help increase story engagement through interactive formats
- Community management:
- Respond to comments using the approved brand tone
- Monitor DMs and tag queries for escalation when required
- Insights & trends:
- Track audience reactions, common questions, and feedback
- Spot trends, formats, and storytelling angles daily
- Share observations with the content team
