Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies focused on growth, engagement, and brand building.
- Plan monthly content strategies, define content pillars, and create detailed social media calendars.
- Manage content planning and execution, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with content writers and designers to develop high-quality creatives, captions, and reel scripts.
- Ideate and implement trending reel concepts, campaigns, and engagement strategies.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, CTR, and conversions.
- Optimize strategies based on insights and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X.
- Align organic content with paid campaigns by coordinating with the performance marketing team.
- Suggest boosting strategies and contribute to campaign scaling efforts.
- Attend client meetings, present strategies and reports, and handle feedback professionally.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Maintain content quality, consistency, and alignment with brand positioning.
