Key Responsibilities

Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other major social platforms
Content Writing Skills: Ability to write engaging captions, copy, campaign concepts, and social media communication
English Communication: Fluent spoken and written English with strong comprehension skills for content creation, client communication, and professional correspondence
Brand Building Understanding: Strong understanding of branding, audience engagement, and content positioning
Client Account Management: Ability to manage social media activities for both company and client brands
Growth-Oriented Approach: Ability to improve reach, engagement, followers, inquiries, and overall social media performance
Team Coordination: Ability to effectively coordinate with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and internal teams
Analytics Understanding: Ability to analyze social media insights and make data-driven decisions
AI Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, research, productivity, and workflow optimization
Professional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and internal coordination
Ownership Mindset: Ability to independently manage assigned brands and deliver measurable growth
Employment Agreement: Must be comfortable with a minimum 12-month employment agreement commitment
Work From Office Requirement: This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat. Candidates must be comfortable working from the office on a regular basis
