Junior Social Media Marketing Executive in Secunderabad, Hyderabad

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and support daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other platforms.
• Plan and maintain content calendars, including posts, reels, stories, campaigns, and product promotions.
• Research trending content, viral reels, hashtags, and emerging social media trends relevant to both brands.
• Develop creative content ideas, captions, scripts, and storytelling concepts to improve audience engagement.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to create engaging social media content.
• Research global competitors, leading brands, influencers, and successful social media campaigns for creative inspiration.
• Identify and coordinate with influencers, content creators, and UGC creators for collaborations and product promotions.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, giveaways, contests, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Monitor comments, DMs, audience engagement, and community interactions across social media platforms.
• Track social media performance, follower growth, engagement, reach, and content effectiveness through regular reports.
  
  

Skills & Requirements

Fresher or student pursuing/completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

Strong understanding of Instagram, reels, social media trends, and digital content.

Creative thinking, good communication, and basic copywriting skills.

Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is an advantage.

Interest in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, pets, and ecommerce brands.

Willingness to learn, experiment, and contribute fresh ideas.
