Key Responsibilities
- Plan, script, and manage end-to-end YouTube content, from ideation to publishing and optimization.
- Research trending topics in AI, SaaS, and sales to create relevant YouTube videos.
- Collaborate with the team on video shoots, editing briefs, thumbnails, titles, and descriptions.
- Track YouTube analytics such as watch time, CTR, and audience retention, and use insights to improve content performance.
- Create Instagram reels, carousels, and stories that resonate with founders and sales teams.
- Manage the content calendar across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
- Convert product updates, customer success stories, and sales tips into engaging social media content.
- Respond to comments and DMs while actively engaging and growing the online community.
