Roles & Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Planning

Develop monthly social media strategies aligned with client business goals.

Create content calendars and campaign plans across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Identify content opportunities, trends, and platform updates to improve engagement and reach.

Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations.

Content Creation & Shoot Management

Plan and execute content shoots for clients.

Create shot lists, mood boards, content briefs, and production schedules.

Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, influencers, and internal teams.

Ensure timely delivery of content assets for posting and campaigns.

Social Media Management

Manage and execute social media activities for 7+ client accounts.

Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and other platform content.

Write captions, hashtags, and content copy aligned with brand tone.

Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement where required.

Ensure content consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

Performance Marketing (Basic)

Set up and manage basic Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

Boost posts and run awareness, engagement, lead generation, and traffic campaigns.

Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns based on KPIs.

Prepare basic performance reports and recommendations.

Influencer Marketing

Research and identify relevant influencers based on client objectives.

Handle influencer outreach, negotiations, and campaign coordination.

Manage influencer deliverables, timelines, and approvals.

Track campaign performance and maintain influencer databases.

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

Conduct regular client meetings and strategy discussions.

Present content plans, campaign ideas, and performance reports.

Manage client feedback and ensure timely implementation.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Reporting & Analytics

Prepare monthly performance reports covering organic and paid performance.

Track growth metrics including reach, engagement, followers, leads, and conversions.

Present insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.

Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaigns.

Understanding of influencer marketing and creator collaborations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, and social media scheduling tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.

Agency experience preferred.

Experience handling luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, or consumer brands is a plus.

Basic understanding of photography, videography, and content production workflows.
