Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Indore (Work from Office)
Experience: :6 months to 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage and oversee all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, and short-form content.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
- Create short-form videos and UGC content (comfortable being on camera when required).
- Share clear briefs, guidelines, and feedback with creators to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Research, onboard, and collaborate with influencers/creators from briefing to final delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term influencer relationships.
- Coordinate with design, copywriting, video editing, and media buying teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor comments, DMs, and audience engagement regularly.
- Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, growth, and ROI.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree
- Up to 2 months - 6 months of experience.
- knowledge of Instagram, YouTube & trends.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
