Job Overview
We are seeking a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive & Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media channels, creating engaging visual content, editing videos, researching industry trends, and supporting digital marketing initiatives.
Candidates with an interest in the IT industry, SaaS products, AI solutions, startups, and B2B marketing will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, Reddit, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
- Create engaging social media posts, carousels, banners, infographics, ad creatives, and marketing materials.
- Design visual content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Edit videos, reels, shorts, product demos, and promotional content for digital campaigns.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, audience interests, and viral content opportunities.
- Plan, schedule, and maintain content calendars across multiple platforms.
- Write compelling captions, content copy, and hashtag strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and development teams to create content related to IT services, SaaS products, AI solutions, and technology trends.
- Monitor social media performance and recommend optimization strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, AI tools, content formats, and digital marketing trends.
