Job Summary
The Junior Site Engineer shall assist in the execution and supervision of on-site construction
activities for real estate development projects. The role is ideal for early-career engineers
seeking hands-on exposure to site execution, quality control and coordination under the
guidance of senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day site execution of civil construction works
- Support senior engineers in supervising contractors and sub-contractors
- Help in checking layouts, levels and alignment as per approved drawings
- Monitor material delivery, usage, and basic quality checks at site
- Assist in measurement of work executed and preparation of site records
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation
- Coordinate with safety officers to ensure compliance with site safety norms
- Report site issues, delays or deviations to senior engineers
- Support inspections, snag-list preparation, and rectification works
- Ensure housekeeping and basic site discipline
