Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamkhed for a Junior Site Engineer. The Junior Site Engineer will oversee construction activities, ensuring the successful execution of assigned tasks, quality control of materials and work, and adherence to project timelines. Responsibilities include working closely with senior engineers, managing on-site teams, ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards, and reporting project progress systematically.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles
- Experience with on-site project execution and familiarity with construction processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a team and coordinate with stakeholders
- Knowledge of quality control standards and practices
- Capability to interpret design blueprints and technical drawings
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in sustainable construction or projects involving renewable energy is an advantage
