What are we looking for
- User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Use this data to inform design decisions.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Visual Design: Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on user experience, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing design.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure designs are implemented accurately and align with the overall project goals.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies and incorporate them into design work.
- Understanding of generative AI technologies and tools.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve and iterate on designs.
- Accessibility: Ensure that all designs are accessible and adhere to best practices in accessibility standards.
Skills
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Basic Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
