Position: Junior Scientist

Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and research-oriented Junior Scientist to join our team in wheat breeding and genetics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in seed research and crop improvement and a strong foundation in plant breeding techniques.

• Conduct wheat breeding experiments and research in lab and field

• Develop high-yielding, disease-resistant wheat varieties

• Work on seed quality improvement and trait selection

• Document experiments, analyze results, and prepare reports

• Collaborate with senior scientists on research projects and publications

• Suggest innovative methods to improve crop productivity and seed quality
  
  
  

• Candidates with M.Sc. in Plant Breeding & Genetics (Mandatory)

• Those who have completed a thesis in wheat crop or seed improvement

• Professionals with 23 years of hands-on experience in plant breeding or seed research

• Individuals are passionate about agriculture innovation, crop improvement, and research.

• Candidates with strong analytical, field, and lab skills

• Thesis work related to wheat crop or seed research

• 23 years of experience in plant breeding, crop improvement, or seed research

• Practical knowledge of wheat breeding techniques and field trials

• Experience in seed quality evaluation and trait selection

• Ability to conduct field and laboratory experiments

• Strong data recording, analysis, and research documentation skills

• Good communication and teamwork abilities
