Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Test Engineer with experience in functional and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce testing, a good understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes, and exposure to automation tools. You should be comfortable working in Agile teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
What You'll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team
- Perform functional testing for Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Design, create, and execute test cases for Lead-to-Cash processes such as Lead, Opportunity, Quote, and Order.
- Support testing activities for Salesforce CPQ and Billing modules (basic to intermediate level).
- Validate business workflows including approvals, pricing, and quote generation.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium or Provar (existing frameworks).
- Contribute to maintaining and enhancing test automation frameworks.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify, log, and track defects using standard defect management tools.
- Assist in regression testing and support release cycles.
- Work closely with team members to ensure timely delivery of testing activities.
What You Should Have To Qualify
- Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in Salesforce testing.
- Good understanding of Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Basic knowledge of Lead-to-Cash processes.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Selenium or Provar.
- Basic programming knowledge in Java or C#.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ideally, You Would Also Have These
- Exposure to Salesforce CPQ or Billing.
- Basic understanding of CLM processes and tools (e.g., Conga, DocuSign).
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and test automation integration.
- Salesforce certification (e.g., Administrator) is a plus.
