Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nagpur for a Junior Sales officer covering Vidarbha regional area. The Sales officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving retail sales, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, offering product recommendations, handling inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
• Expertise in Retail Sales and Sales processes
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Experience in the fintech, brokerage firms or trading industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
