**Job Title: Sales Executive**

Key Responsibilities

**1. Sales:**

Meet sales targets and contribute to store sales growth

Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions

**2. Customer Service:**

Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer complaints

Foster positive customer relationships

**3. Store Operations:**

Maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising and housekeeping

Assist with inventory management, stockroom organization & Shrinkage Control.

**4. Team Collaboration:**

Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent **(for Junior Sales Executives),**

**Bachelor's degree or equivalent (for Senior Sales Executives)**

Experience: Previous retail experience preferred Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & Flexible to work in various shifts

Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
