Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Junior Sales Executive will support inbound and outbound sales activities, including responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, and scheduling consultations with prospective clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting the company's services, understanding customer requirements, and collaborating with the design team to prepare quotations and proposals. The role also involves conducting site visits, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel. The Junior Sales Executive will contribute to local marketing initiatives, attend client meetings, gather feedback, and help ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from first contact to project handover.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with prospective and existing clients.
  • Basic sales skills, including lead qualification, pipeline follow-up, and negotiation support, preferably in interior design, real estate, or related sectors.
  • Ability to understand and explain design concepts, budgets, and timelines clearly and confidently to customers.
  • Comfort using digital tools such as CRM software, spreadsheets, email, and messaging platforms for tracking and reporting sales activities.
  • High level of self-motivation, professionalism, and integrity, with a customer-centric approach and focus on long-term relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in a client-facing role.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru, conduct regular client and site visits, and occasionally support events or weekend meetings as needed.
  • Prior experience or strong interest in interior design, architecture, home improvement, or lifestyle products is an advantage.

  • Meet individual and team targets for net-new revenue, new mandates, and meetings
  • Grow pipeline of new sales and incremental business across allocated client portfolio
  • Act as a point of escalation for clients and the Client Service teams, ensuring best in class service is constantly being delivered.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Interior Architecture / Interior Design / Architecture
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience in Interiors

Languages- Hindi (Mandatory), English
