About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive who is enthusiastic, target-driven, and interested in building a career in IT services, digital marketing, and SEO solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads, pitch digital solutions (SEO, web development, marketing services), and support client acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and digital channels
- Identify client needs and pitch services including SEO, digital marketing, website development, and software solutions
- Support SEO and digital marketing sales efforts by explaining service offerings to clients
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns, lead funnels, and inbound lead handling
- Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospects
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead data
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Track and achieve sales targets and KPIs
Required Skills (ATS Optimized)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of sales process, lead generation, and client handling
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and online marketing concepts
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to perform cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills
- Internship or experience in sales, digital marketing, or business development
- Knowledge of SEO concepts (keywords, on-page, off-page, backlinks, ranking)
- Exposure to Google Analytics, Google Ads, or social media marketing
- Familiarity with B2B sales or IT/software services industry
- Experience with LinkedIn lead generation and online prospecting
