Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Lead Generation Executive for an on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting market research to uncover potential prospects, and maintaining effective communication to build and nurture relationships. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to generate qualified leads and contribute to meeting organizational growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Experience in generating New Leads and expertise in identifying opportunities for Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in conducting Market Research to target potential clients and optimize lead acquisition strategies
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and build lasting professional relationships
  • Familiarity with Sales processes and software for lead generation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Proficiency in building and managing Business and Account Management strategies
  • Goal-oriented mindset and ability to develop and execute growth strategies
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and clients
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is a plus
