Junior Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to client engagement and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential customers through cold calling, emails, networking, and online platforms.
• Assist in conducting product/service presentations and introductory client calls.
• Understand basic client requirements and support in recommending suitable solutions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
• Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving monthly targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking performance, and documenting customer feedback.
• Knowledge of web development (Nice to have : Python & Django frameworks)
• CRM & Web client handling experience. (Client handling experience)
• Lead generation / Deal closure experience and (Nice to have : Data extract)- linkedin or google business.

• Basic understanding of sales processes and client handling.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation activities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.

Qualification:

• BBA/MBA(preferred)
