Position: Junior Sales Executive

Location: Coimbatore

Eligible Batch: 2024-2025 Passedout

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented MBA Freshers to join our team as Junior Sales Executives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to start your career in sales, learn client handling, and develop strong business development skills in a professional environment.

Job Summary:

The Junior Sales Executives will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through calls, emails, meetings, social media platforms, and campaigns.
  • Understand client requirements and promote suitable products or services.
  • Build long-term client relationships and manage leads database through CRM tools.
  • Assist in developing and executing business development strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Eligibility:

  • MBA (Marketing / Management preferred).
  • Freshers are welcome; prior internship or experience in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.

Compensation:

  • Salary: 3 LPA + Travel Allowance
  • Performance-based incentives.
