Qualifications And Skills
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience as a Junior Resident
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution
- Valid medical license to practice in India
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Empathy and compassion towards patients
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Roles And Responsibilities
- Assist senior physicians in diagnosing and treating patients
- Conduct routine tests and examinations to evaluate patient condition
- Administer medications and provide necessary treatments
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
