Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Research Associate located in Ahmedabad. The Junior Research Associate will support day-to-day research operations, including conducting experiments, collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and assisting in ongoing studies. The role includes maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy in testing and documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve research objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and skills in Molecular Biology and NGS library preparation.
- Candidates with 1-2 years of NGS or Molecular lab hands-on experience are must.
- Candidates with experience of working in Molecular diagnostic lab and good wet lab skills can also apply.
- Attention to detail with expertise in laboratory testing, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field
- Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and guidelines is an advantage
