About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Relationship Manager (Restart Career) - Female to support customer relationship activities and strengthen our retail banking portfolio. This role is ideal for women professionals with prior experience in cooperative banking or a financial services background, including those returning to work after a career break.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers

Assist in acquiring new customers for Investments

Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable Financial solutions

Support senior relationship managers in day-to-day operations

Ensure compliance with procedures, and regulatory guidelines

Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
