Scooter is hiring a Junior Relationship Manager on behalf of a reputed wealth management firm in Pune.

Location: Pune — In Person

Experience: 0–3 years

Compensation: INR 6L–8L (fixed) + variable

Time zone: IST

About the role

This is a client-facing role at the intersection of sales, relationship management, and wealth management.

You'll work closely with a Senior Relationship Manager to engage prospects, generate new business opportunities, schedule client meetings, and maintain regular follow-ups.

What you'll do

Make outbound calls to existing and prospective clients.
Generate leads and identify potential investment opportunities.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings for the Senior Relationship Manager.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and prospects.
Update client information and maintain basic CRM records.
Assist the Senior Relationship Manager with day-to-day client servicing and relationship management.

You might be a great fit if you:

Have 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, wealth management, banking, or financial services.
Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Are confident, proactive, and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
Have strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Have a basic understanding of or interest in financial markets and investment products.
