Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
- Schedule interviews and participate in the selection process to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates and keep track of recruitment activities using MS-Office and MS-Excel.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to provide updates on the recruitment process.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and provide support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Important Details
- Working days : Monday to Saturday (Saturdays are working from home post probation)
- Working Hours: 09:30 AM - 07:00 PM (Reporting time: 09:30 AM); Saturdays till 02:30 PM
- The laptop is to be used of own; Office shall provide an official mobile phone and a SIM card

Ctc
- Freshers: Rs. 3,33,000–3,57,000.
- Fixed CTC: Rs. 2,16,000 per annum (Rs. 18,000 per month take-home for a bachelor's degree).
- Fixed CTC: Rs. 2,40,000 per annum (Rs. 20,000 per month take-home for a master's degree).
Additional Information
- Annual retention bonus of Rs. 15,000.
